Yes, today is my 27th birthday! Right now I sit on a gorgeous spindly legged sofa in a gorgeous suite in downtown Salt Lake City where my amazing husband whisked me away to for the night! And now I’ve been given some free relaxation computer time! I’m so content and happy right now!
It’s been such a nice day. I have had so many sweet emails and ecards and phone calls with wishes of Happy Birthday from all my friends and family! I did have to work, but it wasn’t too bad. I even got off a couple hours early, which allowed me to get a few things checked off my ever-growing Christmas to do list. Then we headed out and had the yummiest dinner at Johnny Carinos! It was DELICIOUS!!!! I love that place. I think I could eat there every night. It’s probably a good thing its not very close to where we live! Then we came here, to the hotel! It’s GORGEOUS. I wish I had the cable for my camera so I could upload a picture.
I don’t know what fun things Josh has up his sleeve for tomorrow, but I do a lot of what we are doing tomorrow will be Christmas shopping. We still have a lot to do!

These photos are from a marching band competition we went to this past October. We went to cheer on my little brother Cameron!
This week we finally got a Christmas tree. I LOVE to have a real tree! It actually didn’t take long to find the perfect one! We strapped it to the top of the car and hauled it home!
When we got it home, we decided to rearrange the entire living room in order to give the tree a REALLY good spot! Plus, it was just time for a change. AND with the new set up, I get my own little office space area. It’s just more of a “work-space” feel now. I LOVE it!
As soon as the tree is all finished and pretty, I’ll definitely post photos!
Well, I guess that is all. I think I’ll join my hubby for some TV veggin’ out. See ya!
