{just pluggin’ away}

Does anyone else feel like there are just a million little things (and some big ones too) to get done before Christmas?! And the big day is right around the corner!! I have made a schedule for the rest of this week and I’m happy to say I am going to make it! All of those things that HAD to be done by Monday, (two projects for my young women, finishing and mailing our Christmas cards, shipping packages to Josh’s aunt and grandparents) are done thanks to some big help from my amazing husband and wonderful mom. I even got my Christmas tree finished last night too! I feel a big weight has lifted and for the first time since . . . (well, I don’t know when the last time was) I sat on the couch last night for a good 30 minutes and did NOTHING. I know, it sounds silly, but it was a big deal for me! The last few weeks, heck month, have been really hectic. But, I think I’m ok. I think I’m going to get it all done. I just have to stick to my schedule and keep pluggin’ away.

This is me, finishing my Christmas cards! What a relief!!! I send out 75. That might not sound like that many, but for a newly married couple, I think its a lot!! Last Christmas I hand-made 75 cards!! It totally consumed most of my December last year. And they were beautiful. But this year, thanks to digi-scrap, that was not the case. This was soooo much easier!

Speakin’ of digi-scrap I realized I have some LOs I never put on my blog. A lot of you may have already seen them in the gallieries, but oh well!

Another LO from the Rodee Thanksgiving!

LOVE this fall kit by Minna Rajala. It had so many fun elements and papers. She is the best!

This photo is from over a year ago before my little nephew Noah was born. It’s hard to believe he’s already 1! I just loved this photo of them, so I had to scrap it! Thanks to Tabby Lewis for this awesome snowflake paper!!

I’m planning to scrap a page of my newly finished Christmas tree, so you’ll have to wait for the LO to be done to see pictures. It turned out very cute this year!

That’s all from me! Hope you are all having a great day!
