Hello & happy Friday! I’m so so excited to tell you about our April Flashback AND release a brand new coordinating kit!! Let’s get started.
For the month of April, our flashback featured kit is . . . “Mermaid Lagoon”
“Mermaid Lagoon” is one of my ALL-TIME favorite kits. Maybe because Ariel is my favorite princess, and Little Mermaid is my favorite Disney movie. I don’t know. I have just ALWAYS loved mermaids, even when I was tiny.
There are also a few coordinating products already in the shop, and I’ll mark those 25% off too!!
All of these products are 25% off all month long!! Oh! And don’t forget to grab the add-on freebie from the original release if you don’t already have it!
[DOWNLOAD HERE]
I also thought my “Build-a-Princess: Extras” freebie would be really fun to use on your new mermaid pages too! I posted these back when I released “Build-a-Princess”. You can grab this add-on too, if you don’t already have it.

And as if all that wasn’t enough fun – I’ve got an all-new “revisit” to the kit. Yes, MORE Mermaid goodness! With this new kit, your mermaid stash is going to be bursting at the seams!!!!
“Return to Mermaid Lagoon”
The great thing about all this stuff is it works for so much more than just mermaids. It’s perfect for girly pages, the beach, swimming, summertime . . . the list goes on and on.
Of course, I couldn’t resist scrapping some of my Ariel photos. Here is the new page I scrapped this week. We randomly got to meet Ariel THREE times on Scarlett’s first trip to Disneyland. We got seriously lucky. Haha! Anyway – this page is about the 2nd time we ran into her.
And here are a BUNCH of fantastic new layouts from the Britt Girls!
And don’t forget about the challenge . . .
Create a layout using any of the Mermaid Lagoon featured products before April 30th, and post it in the Britt-ish Designs Challenge Gallery. Then come back to this post and paste a link to your layout in the comments. At the end of the month I’ll do a random drawing for 1 winner of a $15 Gift Certificate to my shop. No matter when you purchased your Mermaid Lagoon items – today, last week or last year – just use it to create a layout and enter it to win!!
*IMPORTANT NOTE* When you want to link to one of your pages in the Britt-ish Designs Gallery, you need to click on this little icon to make sure that “Display File Information” is on.
Then, below your credits, you’ll see the File Information. Use this URL when linking up your page.
You can’t just copy and paste the URL that’s at the top of your browser window! It won’t work.
One more note. I know some people had trouble in the past with the gallery. But all problems were solved by simply trying another browser. My gallery and Internet Explorer don’t get along. So, if you’re having trouble seeing where to Register, Log In, Upload, or Comment – just try using a different browser (like Firefox, for example) and you shouldn’t have any trouble.
Congrats to last month’s winner . . .
Carolyn (aka crstamps)
Carolyn was the lucky scrapper who’s entry was drawn to win a $15 Gift Certificate. Carolyn, please email to claim your prize! (You can use the Contact form at the top of the page if you want).
Whew. That was quite a post!! Sorry if I bombarded you with stuff!!! I hope your weekend goes “swimmingly”! Wow – I’m corny. Oh well – ta ta.
Thank you so much for this post. I want to let you know that I posted a link to your blog in CBH Digital Scrapbooking Freebies, under the Page 3 post on Apr. 06, 2012. Thanks again.
LOVE! 🙂 I have the perfect pictures for the Flashback this month… I'm excited to try it out. YAY!!
The Little Mermaid is my favourite Disney movie too! So even though I'm already 28, I was so excited when I first met Ariel last winter. So I don't mind scrapping those photo's again, and again, and again… 😉
